Prawn Dry Curry prepared with small or medium size prawns tossed in Indian masala. This recipe is idle from sea food lovers. Prawn curry, chingri curry or jhinga curry are the names of same Indian dish. This dish is quick andeasy to make with common spices.

Potato: 1 (cut into cubes)
Onion: 1 big size (finely chopped)
Tomato: 2 nos (finely chopped)
Ginger paste: 1 tsp
Garlic: 1 tsp finely chopped
Green chilli: 1 tsp chopped
Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
Cumin powder: 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder: 2 tsp
Red chilli powder: 1/2 tsp
Black pepper powder: 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice: 2 tsp
Lemon wedge: For garnishing
Oil: For cooking
Salt: To taste
