Something Clean Something Green

There’s something extremely satisfying about creating something delicious from very few ingredients. It’s almost enough to make me feel a little smug about it! My inspiration for this came about from playing around with the idea of banana ‘nicecream’, but experimenting with different fruits to see what sort of sorbets I could create. The naturally sweet grape lends itself beautifully to this, and along with a little rosewater, gives the dish Middle Eastern/Turkish overtones. You can either serve it as soon as it’s made, or you can freeze for a later date. It’s perfect to enjoy on a warm summer evening, as a refreshing end to a meal, and I think you’ll all love it!
