Ceviche is one of my favourite meals. So fresh and enriched with lime. What’s not to like?
I hadn’t really eaten much ceviche this summer, but decided to have it for dinner to keep the summer dream alive! Obviously it’s a great healthy meal full of goodness from the fish and fresh ingredients.
My favourite pairing is tortillas and baked sweet potato. On this occasion we added the sweet potatoes to the tortillas and ceviche. It was a greta decisions, so delicious!
From recently adding the kiwi to my fish tacos, I knew it would work in Ceviche. It takes to the lime well but adds a great new texture to the ceviche.
