So you might have seen his little guy kicking around in a few of my recipes. I thought it time to give it some recognition with it’s own recipe page.

I could eat this with any meal really and also makes a great dip for tortilla chips or for Paleo people you could use plantain chips.

Babagnoush is so simple to make and the warmth from the sesame paste (tahini) makes it super comforting.

I am sure there are a few recipes online much like this, it’s quite standard but so worth making it from scratch.

What do you need to make this delicious bowl of aubergine goodness I hear you say?

Ingredients:

  • 2 Aubergine
  • 1/2 small bulb of garlic
  • 2 x heaped tsp smoked paprika
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp of Tahini
