sparrisgratängNow it is the season for asparagus. At least where I live. My favorite vegetable in all categories. Here is a recipe for a delicious gratin with lots of asparagus. Perfect this summer when you do not want to stand so much in the kitchen.
Asparagus and vegetable gratin with prawns
1 bunch of fresh green asparagus
0.5 cauliflower
2 carrots
4 eggs
300 ml cream
200g peeled shrimps
100 ml grated mature cheese
dill
salt and pepper
Clean the asparagus and discard the rough bottom of it. Cut into 1 cm pieces. Clear blomkållen and throw the rough log. Divide it into small florets. Peel the carrots and cut into pieces.
